Reservation Policy

Check in time is 5:00 PM, Check out time is 11:00AM.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Full payment must be completed 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.

A damage deposit of $2000.00 CDN is required for all reservations and is refundable 2 weeks after departure.

Maintenance

All properties are supplied with towels and linen, are completely furnished and contain fully equipped kitchens and cleaning appliances. Should the house not be maintained and kept in the same state upon departure, extra charges will be implemented for additional housekeeping. Cleaning is supplied upon check out; however, weekly cleaning is available throughout your stay at an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations made more than 45 days prior to day of arrival are subject to a 10% service charge.

Any cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival are ONLY refundable if the property is re-rented, and is subject to a 10% service charge. We will only refund the deposit for every night that is re-rented.

An early departure will result in a full-stay charge.

Mont Tremblant Real Estate can not be held responsible for short term interruptions of internet, cable, electricity, telephone service, water nor any exterior noise that is out of our control. No pets allowed unless otherwise specified.
